Performance is a central part of the SSVS experience. There are numerous recitals, concerts, and master classes that allow students the opportunity to develop the skills necessary for successful performance.
Benefit concerts: Take place throughout the year.
Spring Recital: Takes place on June/July of each year.
- Each student performs a solo of his or her choice.
- The Spring Recital culminates with the Spring Theme Party for students and their families.
Winter Recital: Takes place on December of each year.
- Students perform chamber music of their choice.
- Each group is coached during scheduled rehearsals a month prior to the recital.
- The Winter Recital culminates with the Winter Theme Party for students and their families.
Annual Graduation Performance: Takes place on June of each year.
- We invite all SSVS members to attend our annual graduation performance and award ceremony held each June.
- The award ceremony celebrates the accomplishments of our students over the course of the year.
- One nominated graduating student is invited to address the audience.
- The Annual Graduation Performance culminates with the Graduation Theme Party for students and their families.
