.. Potter’s Violin Outreach Program Potter' s Violins in Bethesda, Maryland, donates six Rudolf Doetsch instruments annually to students in need. Three instruments-violins, violas, or cellos of any size-are awarded each round. Application deadlines are April 1 and October 1 each year. This year's winners are as follows: Ariel C.D.
